Each product comes with care instructions. Generally, we recommend:

Wood/Mirrors: Dust with dry cloth

Ordering & Account

How do I track my order?

Can I modify my order after placement?

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two global delivery options (excluding some remote areas):
1. Express Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
2. Free Eco Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except certain remote areas in Asia and other locations. We handle all customs paperwork for seamless cross-border delivery. Contact us if you’re unsure about your location.
Why choose express shipping?
Ideal for time-sensitive gifts or when you’re eager to complete your bohemian oasis. Includes detailed tracking and typically arrives 5-10 days faster than our free option.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused in original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number to initiate a return. Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Refunds appear in your original payment method within 7-10 business days thereafter.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if needed.
