Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our artisan community and maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Live Plants & Planters (due to their perishable nature)
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Gift Cards
- Used or Damaged Items (unless damaged during shipping)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to create your return:

Use the original packaging whenever possible. For fragile items like mirrors or lighting, please include all protective materials. - Ship Your Return
We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
- Timeline: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the standard return process
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artisan piece arrived damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
International Returns
For our global customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Original shipping fees cannot be refunded
- Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
